Our commitment is rooted in contributing to people’s well-being, strengthening our communities, and promoting responsible practices both inside and outside the organization.

As an SME, we are convinced that change is not the exclusive responsibility of large corporations. Every organization, regardless of its size, can generate a significant impact when it integrates social, environmental, and ethical values into its daily management.

We promote solidarity initiatives and collaborations with organizations dedicated to the well-being of vulnerable populations.

Our actions include:

• Annual donation programs dedicated to charitable causes.

• Volunteering activities in coordination with public and private organizations.

• Partnership with the Fundación Costa Rica para los Niños.

As part of our environmental program, we implement responsible practices aimed at reducing our impact on the environment. Key initiatives include:

• Recycling and waste separation programs.

• Efficient management of energy consumption.

• Carbon footprint measurement.

• Participation in environmental initiatives such as beach cleanups and tree planting.

Our commitment is also reflected within the firm, promoting an organizational culture based on:

We believe that responsible organizations begin with teams committed to strong values and principles.

As part of our social commitment, ERP Lawyers provides free legal counsel (pro-bono) to the foundation, supporting its mission and contributing to the organization’s institutional strengthening.

We are proud to collaborate with this organization, which works to improve the quality of life for children and youth in situations of social vulnerability.

Currently, the foundation serves more than 3,500 people monthly, including children, adolescents, homeless individuals, and older adults.

Its work focuses on: language education, financial literacy, job preparation, sports promotion, and creating opportunities for youth in situations of vulnerability.
