Corporate Social Responsibility is a commitment we adopt at ERP Lawyers to have a positive impact on our environment. This impact isn’t solely about the environment; it extends to internal factors in human resource management and external factors concerning the communities we engage with.
Being a company leading this change isn’t just a role reserved for large multinational corporations; on the contrary, it’s one of the main challenges in establishing Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), and it’s a commitment we take on at ERP Lawyers.
OUR GOAL: As an SME, we aim to raise awareness among our employees and clients about the importance of Social Responsibility and encourage them to be part of our efforts to directly and immediately impact the lives of citizens and communities through:
Donations: Monthly contributions are collected and, at the end of each year, used for charitable causes, NGO, or children’s institutions.
Volunteering: Throughout the year, the ERP Lawyers’ Blue Flag Ecological Committee organizes joint actions with other public and private organizations. We provide support for various activities such as beach and river clean-ups, recycling, environmental fairs, talks, and educational workshops for children and teenagers, tree planting, among others.
Reducing Environmental Impact: As an internal measure and part of our efforts to contribute to reducing environmental impact, ERP Lawyers has an energy-saving and recycling program and policy. Through these initiatives, we ensure the quality of our equipment, promote environmental friendliness, reduce waste, and recycle correctly.
